My buddies and I started longboarding well over a year ago when we met a guy who had just moved here from California. He had been on the Sector 9 team, so he had a longboard. We all started riding it, and most of us got our own. I don't really do it any more, mostly because I don't like riding hills. (I'm more of a cruiser person.) No one else was riding except for us until a few months ago. I can confidently say that we were riding before most people, and call me a hipster if you want, but we did it before it was popular.

I agree 100%. Its not fair at all. Its not just the thicker girls that get caught though. Taller girls get caught too. Just because the length of our legs makes the skirts look an inch shorter. I don't see why we can't wear leggings under our skirts anyways. Its covering skin. The dress codes need to be updated and everybody needs to get caught for things like this, not just the thicker and taller girls.

This article made me laugh. I work at Wendy's and I had a customer call the manager and want the entire meal for free just because their drink was wrong in the drive threw window. Customers are a trip. I love my job for no other reason that i deal with crazy people. :)
Everyone should get a job in fast food if for no other reason than to deal with customers. :)

NAHS NJROTC was a tremendously positive influence on my life providing numerous opportunities, for a skinny kid with pimples, to lead at a very young age. CDR Swank, and Chiefs Caulk and Milner were excellent mentors and role models. The lessons I learned there not only provided a solid foundation for a very successful Navy career, they continue to serve me well today.

With Sincere Gratitude,
